First Paint: Measures the time elapsed from the initial HTTP request for a page until the browser displays the first content on the page. It is a browser-reported metric.
Number of Files: Gives the number of resources supplied to the page. Higher numbers of file resources can affect page load times.

Google PageSpeed Score: Provides the score given by Google PageSpeed Insights (Desktop) to a page. This tool checks the desktop version of your site to see whether common best practices have been applied. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores relating to better performance practices (and faster user experiences) on a page.
